What To Expect

Paddle to the sea caves of La Jolla and snorkel amidst the surrounding Ecological Reserve. Get up close and personal with the Garibaldi, Leopard Shark, Rays, and unique local creatures in the Ecological Reserve at La Jolla Shores. This tour includes all kayaking equipment, snorkel gear, and wetsuits.

Wheelchair accessible. Service animals allowed. Public transportation options are available nearby. Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. All participants must be able to swim. Minimum age is 8 years. Please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled tour time. Rental lockers available upon arrival. Swimwear to wear underneath wetsuit is required. Ocean and safety conditions determine the tour route and entrance into the sea cave is not guaranteed as well as water visibility.
