What To Expect
Enjoy a journey of forest immersion that will soothe the senses and invigorate the body and soul. First we will drive up through the 5 ecosystems of the Santa Catalina Mountains. We will walk together to a location that will lend itself to our meditation and breathwork. Our focus and observations will carry into functional applications beyond the day's bathing. Afterwards, we will return to Le Buzz Cafe at the base of Mt. Lemmon Highway.

Important info
Service animals allowed. Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. Not recommended for children who are not accustomed to hiking.
