If you are staying at a hotel and need to be picked up, simply provide me with the name of the hotel, and I will be there 15 minutes before our agreed departure time. Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions on that day. For airport pickups, I will be waiting in the designated area 15–30 minutes prior to your arrival.
