Bottled water. If needed the use of a poncho during the hike if you do not have rain gear of your own.. A cinch bag for carrying belongings during the hike. Healthy and delicious trekking foods that will be packed in/out by each hiker in their cinch bag. Each will include a fresh fruit, trail mix, energy/protein bar, and pretzels.
