What To Expect

We provide small group transportation. We will take you to the service center and guide you to the Ice Museum and Hot Spring area. We will not leave you there alone. We will help you to watch out your belongings if you needed while you are visiting Ice Museum.
We are not only provide transportation, we also provide great tour guide service.

Important info

Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Specialized infant seats are available. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. If you need child car seat, please request upon tour starts. We have space for folded wheelchair in the back, please ask before you book . Please talk to your provider if you have more concerns

What's not included

Gratuities. Aurora Ice Museum Ticket is not included. You need to purchase at the front desk. Please note the outdoor hot spring lake is only for 18+ (Adults only). . You will need 2 quarters for each locker, there is an exchange machine at the reception. . Appletini needs to be purchased at the front desk, 21+ only.

Meeting Point

We will meet you at Subway entrance inside of the Walmart. Please arrive on time and we must leave at 9:30am.
We will send out the pick up time the day before your tour. The pick up starts at 8:45 am to 9:30 am. We only pick up clients from Fairbanks hotels within city limits. Please reach out to us and let us know your location. If you stay at Airbnb or other locations, we will meet you at Walmart. Please reach out to our office for more detailed information. Please note, the minimum travelers for this tour is 2, so If we only have 1 booking, we need to ask you to switch to a different date or we must cancel your booking. Thanks for your understanding.
