Airport Pick-Up: Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall of the airport. The driver will use a name board with the name indicated by you during the reservation process. Our drivers usually enter the arrival hall 15 minutes after the actual flight landing, allowing you sufficient time to clear customs and claim luggage. From that moment on, 1 hour of waiting time is included in our fixed fares.
Next to that, several hours before the pickup, our dispatchers will send you an e-mail with information regarding your driver (e.g. name and mobile phone number). Please see your reservation confirmation and the follow-up driver details e-mail for further information.

If you cannot find your driver immediately, you must contact us or the driver by telephone. Most airports also offer free WiFi to contact us by e-mail, or you can always ask at the airport information desk to give our customer service a short call. Our dispatchers will make sure the driver will locate you immediately.

Hotel Pick Up: Your driver will meet you in the lobby of the hotel (near the reception desk) with a name board with your name on it, which you indicated during your reservation process. 10 minutes of waiting time are included in the fare.
