It is also where the famous Fulong International Sand Sculpture Art Festival takes place. Every year, world-class sand sculpture masters are invited to come here to create their masterpieces. Various exquisite and creative sand sculptures always amaze the visitors, and make them “WOW”.
In addition, on this tour you will travel along Taiwan's northeast coast. Bitou Cape Hiking Trail offer a panoramic view of the bay and capes; the illumination of the Remains of the 13 Levels turns the abandoned building into a mystic castle.
