For Arrivals:
- Please look for our driver holding a sign with your name at the domestic exit. In case of difficulty in locating the driver, contact our support.
- Flight delays are monitored to ensure the driver is there when you arrive.
- A grace period of 60 minutes is allotted for you to meet the driver after your plane lands. Additional wait time may incur extra charges.
For Departures:
- We will confirm the pickup time from your hotel prior to your departure date via message / whatsapp. Please be ready in the hotel lobby 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup.
- If you need to adjust the pickup time, please notify us 4 hours in advance.
- Our vehicle will wait for a maximum of 45 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. Failure to show up within this time frame may result in a missed transfer without a refund.
General Information:
- This service is a one-way transfer. If a return transfer is needed, please ensure to book a separate trip.
- Please inform us of any special requirements (child seats, accessibility aids, etc.) at the time of booking to ensure we accommodate your needs.
