- A fee for the Khao Sok pier of 40 Baht per person must be paid in cash before departure of the private longtail boat in Khao Sok
Know in advance:
- Keep in mind that the transfer time between Krabi and Khao Sok is about 2.5 hours one-way
- In the Diamond Cave, you might be able to spot bats, spiders, and perhaps even snakes. Please let the local operator know if you don't feel comfortable with this, so we can skip this spot if you prefer that
- Tour schedules might differ due to weather and lake conditions
- There’s an obvious reason Khao Sok’s nature is incredibly green year-round: it is one of the wettest regions of Thailand. So be prepared to get wet! Most rain falls between late April and December. The tour will continue in the rain if conditions are safe
- Maximum 9 people in 1 car. Bookings with more people get 1 car per 9 people. 18 people maximum on 1 private boat
