Spend an enjoyable, fun evening learning how to cook delicious and healthy Thai food at Grandma’s Home Cooking School. The cooking is done in an open pavilion set in the beautiful gardens of an organic farm just outside Chiang Mai. Visit an organic farm and get to know the locals as you walk around with your class. Enjoy collecting eggs and some fresh ingredients. The evening class teaches how to cook four dishes such as soup, a stir-fried dish, a curry, and a dessert. Create your very own curry paste with the help and guidance of your English-speaking instructor. Small group size, with a maximum of 8 participants, each with an individual cooking station.
Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Public transportation options are available nearby. Cook 4 dishes from Tom Yam (Hot and Sour Soup), Tom Kha (Coconut Soup), Pad Thai (Thai Stir-Fried Rice Noodles), Green Curry, Red Curry and Mango Sticky Rice (Khao Niao Mamuang). The menu is subject to change depending on the season and the availability of ingredients. In any case, if your booking isn't matched with reality when you show upfront (such as child's age, child's height, the number of people and etc.), you are responsible to pay the additional charge upfront for the show/tour..
