What To Expect
We offer Thai cooking classes in our home, located in the city of Chiang Mai, northern Thailand. Our goal is to offer a cooking experience that not only allows you to learn to make authentic Thai dishes, the way Thai people do, in a friendly and relaxing environment, but also to share with you the Thai culture and lifestyle associated with cooking. We believe that the taste of Thai food is the best souvenir you can bring home to your family and friends from your trip to Thailand. In this course, You can choose 6 dishes from 6 categories. Experience local market tours. Welcome snack or fruit in season. Inclusive cooking book after class and hassle-free pickup and drop-off from your Chiang Mai hotel.

Appetizer : Yum Khai Daow (fried egg salad), Som Tam (papaya salad), Thai spring rolls. Stir-fried : Pad Thai (Thai style fried noodles), Khao Pad Gai (fried rice with chicken), Stir-fried cashew nuts with chicken. Soup : Tom Yum Kung (hot and sour prawn soup), Tom Kha Gai (chicken soup in coconut milk), Thai noodles soup. Curry : Green curry, Panang curry, Khao soy (Chiengmai noodle curry), Massaman curry. Curry Paste : Green curry paste, Red curry paste, Massaman curry paste. Dessert : Sticky rice with mango, Banana in coconut milk. In any case, if your booking isn't matched with reality when you show upfront (such as child's age, child's height, the number of people and etc.), you are responsible to pay the additional charge upfront for the show/tour.. On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
