Part of the rich culture of Thailand is ingrained in all its delicious traditional dishes. In this activity, join a fun and informative tour that will take you on a local market trip where you'll source all your ingredients for your scheduled cooking class! Choose either a morning or evening course and embark on a journey that will introduce you to the Akha people - a community that immigrated to Thailand in the 1900's - as well as their traditions and a combination of both Thai and Akha cuisine. In the cooking course, you'll create 10 delicious dishes that you will get to eat after the session. During your meal, stuff yourself silly with the soup, spring rolls, stir fry dishes, and more, straight from your kitchen station.
