On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.

• Transportation round trip (from hotel in Chiangmai Town area) free for 2 persons per booking. If the client booking only 1 person, the guest must pay an extra fee for a private car to pick up at your hotel in Chiangmai or a waiting list to join with other passengers for our free transport by van. Note: For the private car fee can not refund in case bad weather can not fly
• Please plan to meet your tour guide at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time
