You’ll step back into the ancient history of Thailand by exploring the famous temples of Ayutthaya. After driving to Ayutthaya, your expert local guide will take you through the remains of the city, showing you all of the most famous landmarks and telling their story.
Ayutthaya was sadly ransacked and plundered by the Burmese in April 1767. There are so many temples here, roughly 400 years old and some are still in amazing condition.
Once you have explored the incredible temples of Ayutthaya, including Wat Phra Si Sanphet (the most important temple of the city) you will enjoy a tasty Thai lunch before your journey continues to Bang Pa In.
Your tour ends with travel back to Bangkok, where you will be dropped off at a convenient place near the centre of the city.
