You will start your trip with a drive through Bangkok, heading north to the world-famous River Kwai. When you arrive, walk across the famous River Kwai Bridge, built by the Allied Forces during WWII. You will learn about the history of this bridge from your expert guide and also visit the fascinating JEATH War Museum.
Next, you will ride the local train along the infamous Death Railway – the rail bridge that was built during WWII. Stopping at Krasae Cave Station, enjoy a tasty Thai lunch with time to relax and explore.
After lunch, you’ll pass through the railway cutting at Hellfire Pass, where you’ll see the shrines and tributes to those that lost their lives here.
Your tour ends with return transport to central Bangkok (approx. 3 hours) where you’ll be dropped off in time to enjoy your evening in the city.
Public transportation options are available nearby. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health.
