Know in advance:
- children under 90 cm are free of charge
- you can redeem the ticket at any pier except Asiatique pier
- the cruise operates daily between 8.30 am and 7.15 pm
- boats depart every 30 minutes
- the boat is wheelchair accessible; however, please note that there is a gap between the pier platform and the boat and also some slopes
