Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Public transportation options are available nearby. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Driver can speak basic English only. Please note: For departure (hotel pick up), we recommend that your preferred pick up time is at least 4 hours before your flight time due to the traffic condition in Bangkok. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight. Pick up as per your select location such as downtown Bangkok, Pattaya, Hua Hin, Ayutthaya , please contact our customers support team and finalize the pick up time. For hotel pick ups, please wait for about 15-20 minutes in your hotel lobby for your driver. If it is pass the waiting time and you are not contactable, it will be considered a "no show". The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
