Discover the ancient art of Thai Fruit & Vegetable Carving at Siam Carving Academy. In this 6 hour class, you will learn with Master Carver Wan (Laong) Hertz and some of the best carvers in Thailand. Perk up your next dinner party with delicate creations from cucumbers, tomatoes and other items from the garden.

Transform the ordinary into the extraordinary. Create garnishes for beautiful plates and cocktails and basic techniques for flowers, leaves and traditional Thai patterns. You won't find this quality of carving experience anywhere else.
