What To Expect

Travel from either the Bangkok Airport or hotel to your Pattaya Hotel. Transfer services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Choose between a shared vehicle transfer, and your own private vehicle transfer.

International Arrivals *
After collecting your luggage from the belt and clear Customs, exit through gate and walk to Gate 6 to meet your Tour East Representative (wearing the uniform shirt/blouse being white with green, yellow and brown vertical stripes with Tour East Identification and signboard displaying your surname).
Domestic Arrivals *
After collecting luggage from the carousel. (Inside terminal gate no: 1,2). Walk through exit A. and walk to Gate 6 to meet your Tour East Representative (wearing the uniform shirt/blouse being white with green, yellow and brown vertical stripes with tour east identification and signboard displaying your surname).
Drivers wait up to a maximum of 1.5 hours from your flight arrival.

DMK (Donmueng Airport)

International Arrivals *
After collecting your luggage from the belt and clear Customs, exit through gate and walk to Gate 5 at Terminal 1 to meet your Tour East Representative (wearing the uniform shirt/blouse being white with green, yellow and brown vertical stripes with Tour East Identification and signboard displaying your surname).
Domestic Arrivals *
After collecting luggage from the carousel. (Inside terminal gate no: 1,2). Walk through gate and walk to Gate 5 at Terminal 1 to meet your Tour East Representative (wearing the uniform shirt/blouse being white with green, yellow and brown vertical stripes with tour east identification and signboard displaying your surname).

Remarks: Please be aware that the pick-up for this tour is included and covers all the hotel located in the following areas: (Bang Lamung, Chonburi, Pattaya-Naklua Road, Beach Road, Central Pattaya Road, Jomtien Road, Pattaya Klang Road, South Pattaya, Nongprue)
For hotel pick-ups outside of this area, an additional charge may be applied or a closer meeting point pick-up may be suggested to you by our Team upon reception of your booking.
