Upon collecting your luggage and clearing customs, please proceed to Gate 6, where you'll meet your friendly Tour East representative. Look for a uniformed staff member in a white shirt or blouse with green, yellow, and brown vertical stripes, holding a signboard that displays "Tour East" and wearing Tour East identification.
Domestic Arrivals *
After retrieving your luggage from the carousel in Terminal Gates 1 or 2, exit through Exit A and head to Gate 6 to find your Tour East representative. They will be wearing a uniform shirt or blouse with white, green, yellow, and brown vertical stripes and holding a "Tour East" signboard, along with Tour East identification.

Bangkok Hotel City Center.
