We would like to provide you with important instructions to ensure a smooth pick-up experience upon your arrival in Singapore.

  1. Stay Connected:
  • If you do not have data service, please connect to Changi Airport’s free WiFi upon landing to stay in touch with your driver:
  • Select ‘#WiFi@Changi’ from the list of available networks.
  • Please ensure you have downloaded WhatsApp before arriving in Singapore, as it will be used for the primary communication mode during your pick-up.
  1. Flight Tracking and Waiting Time:
  • As flight landing times are dynamic, we will not be following the booking time to arrange your pick-up at the airport.
  • As part of our value-added service, we provide flight tracking to ensure your chauffeur is ready to pick you up even if your plane lands early or is delayed.
  • Complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes starts from your flight landing time.
  • After 60 minutes, a waiting time charge will apply.
  • Please inform your chauffeur if you require more time.
  • After 75 minutes, if the guest remains uncontactable, the driver will leave the airport. No refund requests will be entertained.
  1. Look for the Chauffeur Holding a Sign with Your Name: After exiting the baggage claim area, proceed to the designated glass door exit based on your luggage belt. The arrival hall outside the respective luggage belt exit is the meeting point where your chauffeur will be standing, holding a sign with your name.
  • Terminal 1: There are two arrival halls for Belt 10-14 and Belt 16-20 respectively.
  • Terminal 2: There are two arrival halls for Belt 30-33 and Belt 36-39 respectively.
  • Terminal 3: There are two arrival halls for Belt 41-44 and Belt 45-48 respectively.
  • Terminal 4: There are two arrival halls for Belt 1-4 and Belt 5-7 respectively.
  1. If You Cannot Locate the Chauffeur:
    Call or message via WhatsApp our support team at +65 8588 9699 for assistance.

  2. Assistance at the Information Counter:

  • If you are unable to find the meeting point, please proceed to the nearest information counter at the airport and show this email to the staff. They will be able to guide you to your chauffeur.
