Pickup from airport : If no flight information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival -no refund will be made. Make sure you did not forget to give us the flight detail.. Child seats are available upon request with 20 SGD per seat. Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount. Pickup from cruise port: Customer must provide us the cruise name information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival.. Pickup/Dropoff location Jurong and Woodland will be extra charge 20 SGD per vehicle payable to driver. 4. For customers joining the tour with luggages, please inform us in advance to ensure the vehicle is able to accommodate the bags. A surcharge may apply for an upgraded vehicle to accommodate the bags
