What To Expect

Discover the real Singapore on this Historical Singapore route.You will visit a typical residential town and watch the people go about their daily lives. You will also have the chance to check out a market full of locals and eat like a Singaporean by sampling local snacks and drinks at a ‘coffeeshop’. Moreover you will discover old and new HDB (public housing), as well as multi-million dollar riverfront properties.Meander alongside the Singapore River – where trade brought life to the sleepy village town in the 1800s. You will see historically important landmarks, such as a 100-year old fire station, museums, and places of worship. Of course you’ll pay a visit to the statue of Sir Stamford Thomas Raffles, founder of modern Singapore.Next you will learn how the 2nd World War affected Singapore and discover monuments in honour of the many who suffered.Fast forward to the present and be awed by the ultra modern business district. Be right in the action as you cycle right along the Formula 1 route (sorry but the bikes can’t go 300km/h though)..!

This tour operates with a minimum of two participants
It is recommended that you dress comfortably with covered shoes
You can bring an extra change of clothes, as there will be lockers to store your items before the tour
In case of light rain, the tour will continue to operate. In the event of a thunderstorm - at least 30 mins before the tour, a reschedule date will be provided
