Using some of the most peaceful locations and views in Stockholm, our instructor Therese will lead you through a 90-minute practice of yoga where you let go of everything which no longer serves you, and take in that which moves you forward. During our sessions we will teach you the art of yoga to increase your confidence in your practice while helping you to perfect your yoga poses, breathing techniques, flow and state of mind.Uniting breath of movement Therese sessions will help you relax from thoughts of future and past, good or bad and instead be in the here and now trusting that your heart and breath will show you the way.
