Service animals allowed. Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. Dress code requires: appropriate outdoor clothing & equipment we recommend (season wise): 25l-35l trail backpack, good hiking boots, hiking pants, midlayers, waterproof jacket & pants, hat/cap, sunglasses, gloves, hiking poles, water bottle / hydration packs (min. 1 l). This is a moderate hike with high sun exposure. For this reason, in summertime departure on the tour will be at an earlier hour than in the rest of the year.. Not recommended for travelers with mobility problems, heart problems, diabetes, haemophilia . Not recommended for travelers with low level of fitness or bad knees
