Rustic Mountain Hut Experience and Basic Winter Skills

In the morning, the guide will pick you up from your accommodation.

You will be going to Plaiul Foii, a magical place at the feet of Piatra Craiului's mountains.

As you go forward to explore the hidden beauties of Piatra Craiului , you continue your way up to Umerii Pietrei Craiului and Marele Grohotis, two spots where you can enjoy outstanding panoramic views!

Afterwards, we are gonna head back to eat some delicious traditional lunch at the hut. We are going to relax, have some tea, or why not, a sip of palinca and share some stories with the other travelers!

When you feel like you are warm enough, you are going outside with the guide and learn some fun and exciting winter skills such as: testing the snow to prevent an avalanche, properly using the winter gear, lighting up a fire in the snow ... and yes, you can do some snow angels as well! :)

After the fun training, you will say goodbye to your fellow travelers at the hut and go back with the group to your car.
