Best directions coming from Turangi are to Turn off State Highway 1 onto SH46, Sign posted on right Tongariro Shuttle Car Park.
Coming from National Park Village, turn off State Highway 4 onto SH47, turn off SH47 onto SH46, Sign posted on your left Tongariro Shuttle Car Park.
