Belmont Estates plantation lunch and dark chocolate are delicious. At the very North of the island, in St. Patrick, you will visit Carib’s Leap, an important historic site in Sauteurs. Sample Rum at a rum shop, made by the 200-year-old water-powered River Antoine Rum distillery. Passing the eastern coastal town of Grenville, we cut across the mountains to 1900ft above sea level, through the Grand Etang rainforest, home of the Mona monkey. We end with a cooling swim at Annandale Falls before the return journey to St. George’s.
