Due to 9/11, access to the Petronas Twin Towers skybridge is capacity controlled. Guests who wish to access the skybridge are advised to upgrade their tickets online at least 12 hours before departing Singapore.

In the rare event that the Petronas Twin Towers skybridge is closed (ie: unforeseen dignitary events, urgent maintenance etc), guests will be notified in advance and a full refund will be processed back to the original payment method
