Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Meeting Point
From Airport:
For all International Flights:
After completing baggage claim, proceed to the arrivals lobby and look for the signs for "Arrival door 1" or "Arrival door 2". Exit the terminal building at the Arrival level. The driver will meet you there at curbside door 1 or 2.
For Air Canada:
After completing baggage claim, proceed to the arrivals lobby and look for the signs for "Arrival door 4". Exit the terminal building at the Arrival level. The driver will meet you curbside at door 4.
For Alaska Airlines:
*After completing baggage claim, proceed to the arrivals lobby and look for the signs for "Arrival door 3". Exit the terminal building at the Arrival level. The driver will meet you curbside at door 3.
To Airport:
Your driver will be waiting in the lobby. Please ensure that you are at your pick up point at least 15 minutes in advance.
