(Please get in touch with us for the pickup location details. - If a private tour is selected, the pickup service will be 5 minutes. before the actual tour time. -If sharing tour is selected, the starting time will vary between 10 minutes. before or after the actual tour time. (Tours During the World Cup Nov 1, 2022 - Dec 31, 2022) -Meeting /drop-off point at al Wakrah metro station car parking lot. -NO pickup service from Doha hotels or any other hotels. - Grace waiting time: 10 Minutes - No refunds are issued for a no-show under any circumstances. If you do not turn up for (or are late for) your pre-arranged tour starting time, you will be considered a No Show and will not be refunded.
