Our vehicles can accommodate up to 6 people. Please note that the pickup time may vary depending on your location, as our guide will be picking up other guests as well. We kindly ask for your patience, and our guide will text you to arrange the exact pickup time. We do not allow luggage in the car for shared tours. -Doha City: Pick-up service from your residential address or preferred location in Doha city, 5 Minutes before the tour's actual starting time.
-Hotels: Pick-up is available from Any hotel lobby within or near the Doha city zone, 5 Minutes before the tour's actual starting time.
-Doha Airport or Hamad international airport: Pick-up exit D4, 5 Minutes before the tour's actual starting time.
-Doha Cruise Port: We will contact our customers to arrange the pick-up service.
-If you are outside the pick-up areas, We will contact you to inform you of the nearest meeting point
-For sharing tours, expect pickup service 10-15 minutes before or after the tour's actual starting time.
- Grace waiting time: 10 Minutes.
- No refunds are issued for a no-show under any circumstances. If you do not turn up for (or are late for) your pre-arranged tour starting time, you will be considered a No Show and will not be refunded.
