Falcon Tours is an insured company, and our insurance covers travelers only while they are inside our cars during travel, but not during camel rides or any other activities outside our vehicles. We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents during the tour.

_For last-minute bookings (less than 3 hours before the tour start time), please _Doha City: Pick-up will be from your residential address or preferred location within Doha city, 5 minutes before the tour's scheduled start time.
_Hotels: Pick-up is available from the lobby of any hotel located within or near the Doha city zone, 5 minutes before the tour's scheduled start time.
_Doha Airport (Hamad International Airport): Pick-up will be at Exit D4, 5 minutes before the tour's scheduled start time.
_Doha Cruise Port: We will reach out to you to arrange your pick-up service.
_Outside Pick-up Areas: If you are located outside of the designated pick-up areas, we will contact you to inform you of the nearest meeting point.
