What To Expect
(Tuesday to Sunday) - After the hotel pick up ( around 5:30 AM) we drive you to Pico do Arieiro where we will enjoy the Sunrise around 7 AM. This is the highest viewpoint of the island at 1818 metres of altitude. See the sunrise while enjoying a hot cup of coffee/tea, a luxury only our clients will have as there are no coffee places open at that time. You can choose a few varieties of coffee, as we have sugar and milk on the side, and we have 3 varieties of tea. You can enjoy all of this as it is included in our price (Tuesday to Sunday)
We have sandwiches , homemade cake, biscuits, water, orange juice, fruit jam, cheese, ham, in a buffet style breakfast.
After all of this we go back to the area of Camacha and go for a lovely levada walk(available Tuesday to Saturday) in the Paradise Valley area, it should take you about 40 minutes to complete.
If the weather/visibility conditions are not good enough to see the sunrise in Pico do Arieiro we change the sunrise spot to another area.

Pickups in Ponta do Sol : 50 Euros for pickup and drop-off per booking (1-8 people)/ 35 Euros for pickup in Ponta do Sol and drop-off in Funchal . Pickups in Ribeira Brava :40 Euros for pickup and drop-off per booking (1-8 people)/ 30 Euros for pickup in Ribeira Brava and drop-off in Funchal
What's included
Pickup and Drop off from Accomodation ( Funchal, Santa Cruz, Machico center and C. Lobos center). Bottled water. Air-conditioned vehicle. Sunday : The Levada walk is replaced by The Sunday Farmers & Crafts Market of Santo da Serra(1 hour). Tuesday - Saturday : Levada walk to the Paradise Valley in Camacha (45 minutes, flat walk in Nature). (Available from Tueday to Sunday) Coffee/tea, orange juice, cakes, sandwiches, biscuits, croissants, fruit jam, cream cheese and butter among others
What's not included
Pickups in Calheta, Ponta do Sol, Ribeira Brava, São Vicente, Santana, Porto Moniz and North Machico. Monday- Breakfast is NOT included but the Tour has a much Lower Cost. Monday : The Levada Walk is replaced by a Viewpoint - Cristo Rei Statue in Garajau (25 minutes)
