What To Expect
Enjoy this Madeira West Island Tour which includes a short levada walk and a great lunch. This is a really scenic tour is one of the most popular tours on the island with a variety of things to see. You will enjoy the mixture of coastal, mountain and forest views that you will encounter all along the tour. The guides are all experienced and will give you and informative and entertaining tour. At lunch time enjoy a traditional lunch with a local wine. This tour is normally done in a minibus that takes up to 8 passengers but can be a 16 seater during the busy seasons.

Public transportation options are available nearby. Specialized infant seats are available. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. At time of booking, cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time. Children must be accompanied by an adult. We need to know the age of the child so that we can supply the correct chair. Strict laws do not allow children to travel on parents lap. May be operated by a multi-lingual guide. If there is 5 or less people that speak the same language they may be mixed with a bus that speaks another language. The guide will however be speaking in all the languages required.. On occasions the levada walk might not be possible due to unforeseen circumstances like fires or bad weather, etc.. The tour route can be changed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic restrictions and weather.. Not recommended for travelers with mobility issues
