Public transportation options are available nearby. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. During the bathing season there is the possibility of taking a dip at Praia do Almoxarife. There is a changing room at this location. Bring clothes and a bath towel. The only rule is to get into the van with dry clothes. :)

For those staying in the central area of Horta, this could be a good option, as some places do not allow secure parking, such as the Internacional Azores Boutique accommodation. Please be outside the garden at pick-up time. The guide will be in a gray Opel van.
For those coming by ferry from Pico to Faial, this location could be a good option. Here you can have a coffee or eat something at the Doce Delícia pastry shop. Please be on the side closest to the sea when picking up. The guide will be in a gray Opel van.
