What To Expect
Have you never surfed before or only a few times? Then this is the experience you have been looking for.
Be taught in a fun, safe, and encouraging way, to catch your first waves with the support and tips you need to become a better surfer.
"My name is João, I'm a local surfer from Porto with 30 years experience surfing. I'm a traveled surfer, former international competitor, currently running "Surf Coaching Porto". I'm a Certified Surf Coach, by the Portuguese Surfing Federation, teaching since 1998, and I WILL BE YOUR COACH, NO ONE ELSE!
Been training local surfers and teaching foreigners how to start and improve their surf skills. Also I'm a Surf Guide partnering with the World Surf League, providing training camps (surfcamps) in Porto and organize surftrips worldwide.
Besides that, I surf every day ;)”

Important info
Public transportation options are available nearby. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. Not recommended to anyone without basic swimming skils

You'll find me in a VW silver mini bus at the big roundabout, right next to the bus stop in front of the beach.
