For a smooth service, we recommend our customers to inform their phone numbers and to turn them ON once they arrive at Lisbon Airport. Our drivers will contact you once you've landed in Portugal. This private service, includes flight tracking and a free waiting time of 1 hour, that its calculated from the time your flight arrives at Lisbon Airport. For non-airport pick-ups, we offer 15 minutes waiting time calculated from the scheduled pick up time agreed between the customer.

Our Driver will be waiting for you after passport control, at the exit in the Arrival Hall, by the Meeting Point area, with your nameplate. If you can´t find our Hostess, please rest assured that your assigned driver will try to contact you by phonecall or other type of messenger-like app (ie. Whatsapp), once your plane has landed.
