Private Tour to Sintra from Lisbon

I am a professional actor with a career in theatre, film and television. I propose to create a more dynamic and immersive Tour, awakening the 5 senses. Leaving Lisbon towards Belém and then Sintra, passing through emblematic places, historical monuments, beaches and mountains. Throughout the tour, I propose people to have a more active participation following this structure: Warm-up - voice/body, One plus two-group dynamics, The Act-(eg Instagram video, tiktok) and Relaxation. This structure allows working on presence, senses, confidence, focus. This structure will always be discussed with the participants. The main idea is to create a symbiosis between people, culture and places.
