Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Specialized infant seats are available. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Be mindful that Sintra is a mountain and some sites require a reasonable amount of walking up and downhill, including stairs. Sintra has a microclimate, and it is usually colder than Lisbon. Please bring appropriate clothing. Bring comfortable shoes..
