They will make every effort to notify you in advance, however retain the right to cancel tours even on the day of the scheduled activity, if necessary. In case they are unable to proceed with the scheduled tour at all, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund
• The tour can be carried out by any other vessel properly licensed by the company. The goal of providing you with the best experience will be fulfilled

Remember to bring:

• On the day of your activity, recommended wearing clothes suitable for potential exposure to water. A swimsuit is advised, and the use of a hat for head protection
• If you plan to bring a camera or cell phone, consider utilizing a waterproof case or a dry bag. Please be aware that we do not accept responsibility in the event of damage
• Sunscreen with an SPF rating of 50 or higher for sun protection
• A water bottle, as there is no onboard bar service on the boats
