In the museum, you will join a group that, according to the mine's limits, can have a maximum of 35 participants. Confirmation will be received at time of booking. One day (1 day, around 4 P.M. - 7 P.M. ) before the tour we will send you exact pick up time from your location.. We, as a Auschwitz-Krakow Tours, are not responsible for any refusal to enter the Salt Mine Wieliczka later than the time indicated on the ticket due to customers arriving late for the previously agreed pick-up time, which will result in missing the guided tour.

Traveler pickup is offered.
We will pick you up directly from your hotel/apartment located in Krakow. When booking, let us know which time frame suits you best. We will confirm your pick up time ONE DAY (1 DAY, around 4 P.M. - 7 P.M.) before the tour.
It may happen that on some days (in an exceptional situation) you will be asked to approach the meeting point, which is approximately a 5 minute walk from your accommodation in Krakow.
