What To Expect

You will visit both Auschwitz I and Birkenau camps with an official in-person guide. Door to door service and english-speaking driver/tour leader is provided. Tour includes all entrance fees and skipping the long line!

We do the pickups from hotels/airbnbs/apartments/addresses in Krakow city center within area of max 2 kilometers away. Please note that there are some restricted areas in the city where we cannot drive under penalty of law. If your address stays in this kind of zone we will redirect you to closest legal meeting spot which will be a few minutes walk away from your place. Please note that we will send you an exact pickup time a day before your tour. Time may be in between 10:30 AM and 1 PM and on November, December and January in between 5:30 AM and 8:30 AM due to shortened working hours of Auschiwtz-Birkenau museum.
