What To Expect
The Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum & Memorial in Oświęcim, about 70 km from Krakow, was created on the grounds of the former Nazi German concentration camp. It is the most recognizable symbol of the Holocaust and human genocide in the world. The Memorial Site is an area of almost 200 ha, over 150 buildings, and about 300 ruins, including remains of gas chambers and crematoria destroyed by the German Nazis.
The trip includes permanent exhibitions, original buildings of the main Auschwitz camp and the most important buildings of the Auschwitz (II) - Birkenau camp. Join a group of up to 30 fellow travellers and explore this harrowing period in human history led by a professional English-speaking guide. The price includes pickup from your accommodation or one of the meeting points, an admission ticket, a tour with a professional guide in English, transportation service.

Specialized infant seats are available. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. A considerate amount of walking is involved. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately. Bags and backpacks larger than 30x20x10 cm are not allowed on the museum grounds. You may store luggage in the vehicles free of charge.. Youth between 18 and 26 years must present a valid student ID on the day of the activity.. Please, provide exact name and surname from your passports/documents (tickets are personal). Please bring a document confirming the name and surname of each participant. you can order an extra paid lunch-box from the driver. since the museum does not guarantee visiting dates for regular groups in advance, we reserve the right to confirm the tour 5 days in advance. Please pay special attention to the data you provide, the names and surnames of people who want to visit the museum must be the same as in their passports

If you have chosen to be picked up from the Main Meeting Point when making your booking, please arrive at the meeting point (Parking Kiss&Ride, 2 Mikołaja Zyblikiewicza street) in front of the "Zabka" store) with about 15 minutes to spare.
Pickup is offered from a wide list of hotels/apartments/hostels in Krakow. If you have not found your hotel on this list - come to the main meeting point (located in the city center) or consult with us about the possibility of taking you from another convenient place after booking. If You are group more than 4 persons - we will come to you even if Your Hotel is out side of our pick-up area range, in Krakow.
Customers will receive a message with the exact departure time until 7 pm on the day before the activity. We kindly ask that guests wait outside, in front of the entrance 5 minutes before departure. The driver will wait no longer than 15 minutes after the specified departure time.
Regardless of whether you have chosen the pick-up option or the main meeting point, you will be dropped off at the end of the tour to the center of Krakow at 2 Wielopole Street.
