Sea turtles and sardines are wild animals and may not be seen during the tour.. Please note that the tour time is only a rough estimate. Please note that the tour may end earlier or later depending on road conditions and other factors.. If the tour/experience is extended due to force majeure, such as traffic or weather conditions, and some of the content is cancelled, a partial refund or other action will be taken.. In case of inclement weather, a decision will be made one day prior to the tour/experience (18:00 local time) whether or not the tour/experience will take place. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified by email.. Please arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes prior to the meeting time. If you are late, the tour/experience will still depart/begin on time.
