This tour is a wellness workshop that will teach you much about self healing. First We pick you up at your hotel . We will give you food and drinks on the way to Mount Arryat. We will practice Yoga and Qi gong (moving meditation) in nature after a short climbing of steps and hiking in the forest. The instructor is a certified Qi gong teacher that will give you knowledge in wellness and self healing.After the practice we will swim in a pool with natural water (without chlorine), finish the day with lunch and bring you back to your hotel.
