Private Expedition of 4 Days and 3 Nights in Iquitos

Within our first experience we will tour the city and then a visit to the Bethlehem market. At the market, you will see a multitude of medicinal plants and cures to treat every illness and disease imaginable. Then we will go to port and board our private boat. We will then travel in the Amazon for approximately 4 to 5 hours before reaching the primary jungle. Upon arrival, we will set up camp, either with tents or building our shelter. Afterwards, we will take a short walk to acclimatize, have dinner, and then go out for a canoe ride at night, observing alligators, nocturnal birds, and monkeys, all while enjoying an orchestra of insects. We will take a nature walk deeper into the jungle, to identify different varieties of medicinal, poisonous and hallucinogenic plants. We will also discuss the different ways locals use it daily.
