Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. We recommend to book Inca Trail with at least one month in advance, especially for high season (May to August). Inca trails close for maintenance on February. Trains schedule could vary because of the season and availability. Trains allow one small bag no more than 5 kilos on board. You should bring cap, wool hat, wool gloves, waterproof jacket, comfortable trek footwear, sunglasses, sunscreen and repellent.. This activity is not recommended for children 8 and younger. There is a vegetarian food available for the box lunch on day 1 with prior coordination. The briefing will be one day before the departure at 6:00 p.m. in the center of Cusco.
