Service animals allowed. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. Children under 5 years of age are free of charge as long as they do not occupy a seat.. Please send your preferred pick up address in Cusco upon booking.. We will require your passport details in order to book your train and Machu Picchu entrance ticket. Please enter this information upon booking the tour.

You can also meet the group at the door of the local office of Migraciones Cusco.
• You will need to show your original passport in order to board the train to Aguas Calientes.
• We offer pick up services from hotels within the city center or our meeting point.
• You will receive a confirmed pickup time at the time of your booking.
• One of our representatives will meet you the evening prior to your tour in order to deliver your tickets and brief you on the activities for the next day.
• Use sneakers or light/tennis shoes.
• Bring a raincoat (long poncho) during the rainy season.
• You should bring a small backpack that weights up to 5kg.
• You should wear comfortable clothing, sunscreen and a brimmed hat for sunny days.
