Join us in a walk through time on an experience seeped in history and culture. Breathe in the energy of the Tauranga harbour, hear the compelling Māori legends, and immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings.

Important info
Public transportation options are available nearby. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. Children must be accompanied by an adult. A maximum of 40 people per booking. Wear appropriate walking shoes and wear layers to regulate body temperature. Up to 2 hours of moderate walking with regular stops

Look for our staff in bright orange uniforms waiting at the base of Mauao, corner of Adams Ave and The Mall, Pilot Bay, Mt Maunganui.
We can meet at the Port of Tauranga cruise ship gate and escort on foot to the mountain (15 minute walk), or meet onsite at the base of the mountain.
